§ 447-D — Exceptions
§ 447-d. Exceptions. This article shall not apply to:\n 1. Incidental and occasional occupancy of a dwelling unit for fewer\nthan thirty consecutive days by other natural persons when the permanent\noccupants are temporarily absent for personal reasons, such as vacation\nor medical treatment, provided that there is no monetary compensation\npaid to the permanent occupants for such occupancy; or\n 2. Temporary housing or lodging permitted by the department of health.\n
