§ 405. Registered property subject to same rights and burdens as\nunregistered property. Registered real property and every estate, right\nand interest therein shall be in all respects subject to the same\nrights, burdens and incidents as unregistered real property, except as\notherwise expressly provided in this article or any amendment thereof.\n
