§ 386. Form of notice to parties. The notice to be served upon the\nparties to the proceeding required by section three hundred and\neighty-five shall be issued by the order of court and subscribed by the\nregistrar, and shall be in form substantially as follows:\n REGISTRATION OF LAND TITLE.\n Supreme Court ............
