§ 130-G — Violations and penalties
§ 130-g. Violations and penalties. The wilful violation of any\nprovision of this article, except section one hundred and twenty-six\nunless elsewhere otherwise defined, shall constitute a misdemeanor and\nshall be punishable, unless elsewhere otherwise prescribed by a fine of\nnot exceeding one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not exceeding\none year or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n
