§ 992. Judgment in proceeding for share of unknown heirs. Unknown\nheirs or their representatives not appearing shall be barred from any\ninterest and the court shall render a judgment that the interest of such\nunknown heirs was vested in the known heirs of the ancestor from whom\nthe unknown heirs derived title and that the proceeds be paid out of\ncourt to the persons entitled thereto.\n
