§ 927. Contents of judgment after actual partition. Upon the\nconfirmation by the court of the report of the commissioners making\npartition, final judgment shall be entered directing that each of the\nparties who is entitled to possession of a distinct parcel allotted to\nhim, be let into the possession thereof, either immediately, or after\nthe determination of the particular estate, as the case requires.\n
