§ 905 — Complaint

§ 905. Complaint. The complaint shall describe the property with\nreasonable certainty, specify the rights, shares and interests therein\nof each of the parties, as far as the same are known to the plaintiff,\nand contain any other allegation required by statute. If a party, or the\nshare, right or interest of a party, be unknown to the plaintiff; or if\na share, right or interest be uncertain or contingent; or if the\nownership of the inheritance depend upon an executory devise; or if a\nremainder be contingent, so that the party cannot be named; such facts\nshall be stated in the complaint. The complaint shall state whether the\nparties own any other lands in common.\n
