§ 811. Action for waste by heir, devisee or grantor of reversion. An\nheir or devisee may maintain an action for waste, committed in time of\nhis ancestor or testator, as well as in his own time. The grantor of a\nreversion may maintain an action for waste committed before he aliened\nthe same.\n
