§ 791. Jurisdiction; courts; venue.
1.A special proceeding to remove\nabandoned homes may be maintained in a supreme court, a court of civil\njurisdiction in a city, a district court, or a county court.\n 2. The place of trial of the special proceeding shall be within the\njurisdictional area of the court in which the real property or a portion\nthereof is situated.\n
