§ 1743 — Judgment

§ 1743. Judgment. The judgment may direct that the real property, or\ninterest in real property, or a part thereof, be disposed of by the\nguardian, committee or conservator and contain directions respecting the\ntime, manner and conditions of the disposition.\n
