§ 1331 — Notice of pendency
§ 1331. Notice of pendency. The plaintiff, at least twenty days\nbefore a final judgment directing a sale is rendered, shall file in the\nclerk's office of each county where the mortgaged property is situated a\nnotice of the pendency of the action, which shall specify, in addition\nto other particulars required by law, the date of the mortgage, the\nparties thereto and the time and place of recording.\n
