§ 1091. Action to recover property by revisioner or remainderman,\nafter determination of particular estate. Where a tenant for life, or\nfor a term of years, suffers a judgment to be taken against him, by\nconsent or by default, in an action for dower, the heir or person owning\nthe reversion or remainder, may, after the determination of the\nparticular estate, maintain an action to recover the property.\n
