§ 1031 — Complaint
§ 1031. Complaint. The complaint in an action for dower must describe\nthe property claimed with common certainty, by setting forth the name of\nthe township or tract and the number of the lot, if there is any, or in\nsome other appropriate manner, so that from the description, possession\nof the property claimed may be delivered where the plaintiff is entitled\nthereto, and must set forth the name of the plaintiff's husband.\n
