§ 1081. Certain provisions made applicable. The provisions of law\nrelating to a sale in partition and to the distribution, investment, and\ncare of the proceeds, apply, as far as they are applicable, to a sale\nmade as prescribed in this article and to the distribution of the\nproceeds of a sale, as prescribed in section 1079.\n
