§ 1063 — Junior incumbrances; not affected by admeasurement
§ 1063. Junior incumbrances; not affected by admeasurement. Where a\nportion of the property is admeasured and laid off to the plaintiff as\nher dower, a lien which is inferior to the plaintiff's right of dower\nattaches, during the life of the plaintiff, to the residue, or to the\nportion or share of the residue which was subject to it, as if the\nportion laid off to the plaintiff had not been a part of the property.\n
