§ 1051 — Fees and expenses
§ 1051. Fees and expenses. The fees and expenses of the commissioners,\nor of the referee, including the expense of a survey, when it is made,\nmust be taxed under the direction of the court; and the amount thereof\nmust be paid by the plaintiff, and allowed to her, upon the taxation of\nher costs.\n
