§ 59-a. Additional qualifications of voters at annual and special\ncorporate meetings. Duly qualified voters at any annual or special\ncorporate meeting of any such incorporated church shall be baptised\npersons, who have been admitted to the full communion relations of such\nchurch according to its usages, and who are qualified in the other\nrespects prescribed by this article.\n
