§ 51. Notice of meeting for incorporation. Notice of a meeting for the\npurpose of incorporating an unincorporated Apostolic Episcopal Church,\nor congregation acknowledging the apostolic eastern confession and\norder, shall be given as follows:\n 1. The notice shall be in writing and shall state in substance that a\nmeeting of such unincorporated church or congregation will be held at\nits usual place of worship at a specific day and hour, for the purpose\nof incorporating such church or congregation, electing laymen trustees\nthereof and selecting a corporate name therefor.\n 2. The notice shall also state that the bishop who is the\necclesiastical administrator aforesaid has given sanction and permission\nin writing to proceed with the incorporation of such church.\n 3.
