§ 50-ee. Certificate of incorporation.
1.If the meeting shall decide\nthat such unincorporated church shall become an incorporated church or\ncongregation of the Holy Orthodox Church in America, a certificate of\nincorporation therefor shall be executed and acknowledged by the\narchbishop who is the ecclesiastical administrator, the vicar-general\nand the chancellor of Metropolitan Synod Holy Orthodox Church in\nAmerica, the rector or vicar of the church or congregation and by the\nlaymen trustees that have been elected, and by the clerk of the\ncorporation, and the said certificate of incorporation shall contain the\nfollowing:\n (a) The name of the proposed corporation;\n (b) The number of laymen trustees thereof, the names of the persons\nelected as laymen trustees, the terms of of
