§ 46 — Changing the qualifications of voters and the qualifications of wardens and vestrymen

§ 46. Changing the qualifications of voters and the qualifications of\nwardens and vestrymen. If the vestry of a Protestant Episcopal parish\nheretofore incorporated shall by resolution recommend that the\nqualifications of voters and the qualifications of wardens and vestrymen\nbe changed to conform in both cases to the requirements of section\nforty-three of this chapter, notice of such recommendation shall be\nincluded in the notice of the next annual election of such parish, and\nbe submitted to the meeting.
