§ 433. Right of self government. Each church shall have the right of\nself government under Jesus Christ, its living head, and shall have the\npower to choose, call or dismiss its minister, establish the minister's\nsalary, elect its trustees and other officials, and transact all other\nbusiness pertaining to its life as a local unit.\n
