§ 293. Provisions governing meetings for incorporation and resolutions\nto be adopted thereat.

1.At the meeting for incorporation, held in\npursuance of such notice, qualified voters shall be those qualified\nunder the by-laws of such unincorporated church, congregation, parish,\nsociety or committee, or in the absence of such by-laws, the persons\nqualified to vote in parish meetings in accordance with the rules and\nregulations or general usages of that jurisdiction of the Orthodox Greek\nCatholic (Eastern Orthodox) Church to which the proposed corporation is\nto adhere.\n 2. The meeting shall be called to order by the priest in charge of the\nparish, congregation, society, or committee or, in his absence, by one\nof the signers of the notice and shall elect the customarily required\
