§ 270. Reincorporation of present incorporated Spiritualist churches.\nAny Spiritualist church heretofore incorporated may reincorporate under\nthe provisions of this article by filing in the county clerk's office of\nthe county in which its principal place of worship is located, a\ncertificate that at a special meeting held pursuant to the provisions of\nsection two hundred and sixty-six of this article, that such church had\nby two-thirds vote of the members present and qualified to vote, duly\nvoted to reincorporate under the provisions hereof. Such certificate\nshall be signed by the presiding officer and two inspectors of election\nacting thereat and shall be acknowledged, and shall bear the indorsement\nand consent of the body of the General Assembly of Spiritualists\ngoverning adm
