§ 265. The certificate of incorporation. If the meeting shall decide\nthat such unincorporated church shall become incorporated, the presiding\nofficer of such meeting and the two inspectors of election shall execute\na certificate setting forth the name of the proposed corporation, the\nnumber of trustees thereof, the names of the persons elected as\ntrustees, the terms of office for which they were respectively elected,\nand the county or town, city or village in which its principal place of\nworship is, or is intended to be located. The name of such church as\nadopted shall bear the words "in connection with the General Assembly of\nSpiritualists." On the filing and recording of such certificate, after\nit shall have been acknowledged or proved as hereinbefore provided, the\npersons q
