§ 2-A — Application

  § 2-a. Application. This chapter applies (a) to every corporation\nheretofore or hereafter formed under this chapter, and (b) to every\ncorporation formed under any other statute or special act of this state\nwhich would, if it were to be formed currently under the laws of this\nstate, be formed under this chapter, and (c) to every corporation formed\nunder laws other than the statutes of this state which is authorized to\nconduct or which conducts activities in this state and which would, if\nit were to be formed currently under the laws of this state, be formed\nunder this chapter.\n
