§ 199. Vacancies among trustees. If any trustee of an incorporated\nchurch to which this article is applicable, declines to act, resigns or\ndies, or having been a member of such church, ceases to be such member,\nor not having been a member of such church, ceases to be a qualified\nvoter at a corporate meeting thereof, his office shall be vacant, and\nsuch vacancy may be filled by the remaining trustees until the next\nannual corporate meeting of such church, at which meeting the vacancy\nshall be filled for the unexpired term.\n
