§ 182-a. Increasing number of trustees. The number of trustees may be\nincreased to not exceeding eleven by said board of trustees at any legal\nmeeting of the members, whereupon a certificate of such increase shall\nbe made, signed, acknowledged and filed by the existing trustees in the\nmanner provided by section one hundred and eighty for the execution and\nfiling of the certificate of incorporation, except that the consent and\napprobation of a justice of the supreme court shall not be necessary to\nthe filing of such certificate. The additional trustees authorized by\nsuch increase shall be supplied in the same manner as vacancies in the\noriginal board of trustees; but there shall always be at least a\nmajority of the board who are not ministers of the gospel or priests of\nany den
