§ 137. Meetings of trustees. Meetings of the trustees of an\nincorporated Baptist church shall be called by giving at least\ntwenty-four hours' notice thereof personally or by mail to all the\ntrustees and such notice may be given by two of the trustees, but by the\nunanimous consent of the trustees a meeting may be held without previous\nnotice thereof. A majority of the whole number of trustees shall\nconstitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting\nlawfully convened.\n
