§ 476. Mortgage recording tax exemption. Notwithstanding any\ninconsistent provision of law, mortgages to secure a loan made pursuant\nto the provisions of this article shall be exempt from the mortgage\nrecording taxes imposed by article eleven of the tax law.\n
