§ 1008 — Relationship to other laws

  § 1008. Relationship to other laws. Nothing in this article shall be\ndeemed to deny or limit the right of any corporation to seek or receive\nassistance under, or otherwise participate in, any other program\npursuant to this chapter, or any other governmental program relating to\nhousing or community renewal. Nothing in this article shall be deemed to\ndeny or limit the right of any corporation to carry out any program or\nservice through a subsidiary corporation or other instrumentality.\n
