§ 121-401. Admission of additional general partners. After the\neffective date of the original certificate of limited partnership,\nadditional general partners may be admitted as provided in the\npartnership agreement, or if the partnership agreement does not provide\nfor the admission of additional general partners, with the written\nconsent of all partners.\n
