§ 121-106. Records.
(a)Each domestic limited partnership shall\nmaintain the following records, which may, but need not, be maintained\nin this state:\n (1) a current list of the full name and last known mailing address of\neach partner set forth in alphabetical order together with the\ncontribution and the share in profits and losses of each partner or\ninformation from which such share can be readily derived;\n (2) a copy of the certificate of limited partnership and all\namendments thereto, together with executed copies of any powers of\nattorney pursuant to which any certificate or amendment has been\nexecuted;\n (3) a copy of the partnership agreement, any amendments thereto and\nany amended and restated partnership agreements; and\n (4) a copy of the limited partnership's fede
