§ 121-1501 — Name of registered limited liability partnership
§ 121-1501. Name of registered limited liability partnership. The\nname of each registered limited liability partnership shall contain\nwithout abbreviation the words "Registered Limited Liability\nPartnership" or "Limited Liability Partnership" or the abbreviations\n"R.L.L.P.", "RLLP", "L.L.P." or "LLP"; provided, however, the\npartnership may use any such words or abbreviation, without limitation,\nin addition to its registered name.\n
