§ 113. Certificate cancelled or amended.
(1)The certificate shall be\ncancelled when the partnership is dissolved or all limited partners\ncease to be such.\n (2) A certificate shall be amended when\n (a) There is a change in the name of the partnership or in the amount\nor character of the contribution of any limited partner,\n (b) A person is substituted as a limited partner,\n (c) An additional limited partner is admitted,\n (d) A person is admitted as a general partner,\n (e) A general partner retires, dies or becomes mentally ill, and the\nbusiness is continued under section one hundred and nine,\n (f) There is a change in the character of the business of the\npartnership, or a change in the location of the principal place of\nbusiness,\n (g) There is a false or erroneous s
