§ 622. Separability. If any section, provision or part of this\narticle, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall\nbe held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder\nthereof or the application of such section, provision or part to any\nother person or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.\n
