§ 326. Employees at harness race meetings. At least eighty-five per\ncentum of the persons employed each day in the operation and conduct of\npari-mutuel betting at harness race meets licensed pursuant to sections\ntwo hundred twenty-two through seven hundred five of this chapter shall\nbe citizens of the United States of America and residents of this state\nfor at least two years immediately prior to the commencement of such\nemployment. Each person, prior to his employment in the operation and\nconduct of pari-mutuel betting at harness race meets, shall be required\nto execute and submit to the corporation or association by which he is\nemployed a duly verified affidavit setting forth his qualifications for\nemployment pursuant to the provisions of this section.\n
