§ 1408. Additional regulatory costs. The commission may assess\nannually, in arrears, on each registrant proportional to the interactive\nfantasy sports gross revenue of such registrant in the preceding year\ncompared to the aggregate interactive fantasy sports gross revenue of\nall registrants in the preceding year actual costs necessary to regulate\nin accordance with the provisions of this article. Such assessments\nshall be made only within amounts appropriated therefor.\n
