§ 1338. Limitation on certain financial access. In order to protect\nthe public interest, the commission shall adopt regulations that include\nprovisions that:\n 1. limit the number and location of and maximum withdrawal amounts\nfrom automated teller machines;\n 2. prohibit authorized automated teller machines from accepting\nelectronic benefit cards, debit cards, or similar negotiable instruments\nissued by the state or political subdivisions for the purpose of\naccessing temporary public assistance;\n 3. prohibit the use of specified negotiable instruments at gaming\nfacilities and the use of credit cards, debit cards, and similar devices\nin slot machines or at table games; and\n 4. prohibit consumers from cashing paychecks at gaming facilities.\n
