§ 1304. Commission reporting. The commission shall report monthly to\nthe governor, the senate and the assembly, the senate finance committee\nand the assembly ways and means committee, and the chairs of the senate\nracing, gaming and wagering committee and the assembly racing and\nwagering committee on economic development and emerging technologies on\nthe total gaming revenues, prize disbursements and other expenses for\nthe preceding month and shall make an annual report to the same\nrecipients which shall include a full and complete statement of gaming\nrevenues, prize disbursements and other expenses, including such\nrecommendations as the commission considers necessary or advisable.
