§ 1333. Hours of operation.
1.Each gaming facility licensed pursuant\nto this article shall be permitted to operate twenty-four hours a day\nunless otherwise directed by the commission.\n 2. A gaming facility licensee shall file with the commission a\nschedule of hours prior to the issuance of an initial operation\ncertificate. If the gaming facility licensee proposes any change in\nscheduled hours, such change may not be effected until such licensee\nfiles a notice of the new schedule of hours with the commission. Such\nfiling must be made thirty days prior to the effective date of the\nproposed change in hours.\n 3. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit a gaming\nfacility licensee in opening its casino later than, or closing its\ncasino earlier than, the times stated i
