§ 1332. Age for gaming participation.
1.No person under the age at\nwhich a person is authorized to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages\nshall enter, or wager in, a licensed gaming facility; provided, however,\nthat such a person may enter a gaming facility by way of passage to\nanother room, and provided further, however, that any such person who is\nlicensed or registered under the provisions of this article may enter a\ngaming facility in the regular course of the person's permitted\nactivities.\n 2. Any person disqualified pursuant to subdivision one of this section\nentitled to funds, cash or prizes from gambling activity shall forfeit\nsame. Such forfeited funds, cash or prizes shall be remitted to the\ncommission and deposited into the commercial gaming revenue fund.\n
