§ 1327. Duration and renewal of vendor registration.

1.A casino\nvendor registration shall be effective upon issuance, and shall remain\nvalid for five years unless revoked, suspended, voided by law, limited,\nor otherwise restricted by the commission. Such registrations may be\nrenewed by the holder thereof upon application, on a form prescribed by\nthe commission, and payment of the applicable fee. Notwithstanding the\nforegoing, if a vendor registrant has not conducted business with a\ngaming facility for a period of three years, the registration of that\nvendor registrant shall lapse.\n 2. The commission shall establish by regulation reasonable and\nappropriate fees to be imposed on each vendor registrant who provides\ngoods or services to a gaming facility, regardless of the natur
