§ 502. Availability. Every rental purchase agreement shall indicate\nthat a consumer at his or her request shall be permitted to review a\ncompleted rental-purchase agreement for up to forty-eight hours prior to\nsigning. A copy of the fully completed rental-purchase agreement and all\nother documents which the merchant requests the consumer to sign shall\nbe given to the consumer at the time they are signed. The\nrental-purchase agreement shall not be enforceable against the consumer\nuntil the consumer has received a signed copy. In addition to any other\nright of cancellation, a consumer has the right to cancel a\nrental-purchase agreement, without penalty or obligation if the consumer\nhas not taken possession of the property.\n
