§ 351. Supplementary general principles of law applicable. Unless\ndisplaced by the particular provisions of this article, other statutes\nof this state applicable to personal property leases and the principles\nof law and equity, including the law relative to capacity to contract,\nprincipal and agent, estoppel, fraud, misrepresentation, duress,\ncoercion, mistake, bankruptcy, or other validating or invalidating cause\nsupplement its provisions. In the event of an inconsistency between\nanother statute of this state applicable to personal property leases and\nthis article, the provisions of this article shall control.\n
