§ 285. Definitions. As used in this article:\n 1. The term "bond" means (a) a bond, note or other obligation of any\nkind or nature, whether secured or unsecured, which is part of an issue\nheld by more than one person, or (b) a certificate or other instrument\nwhich is part of an issue held by more than one person evidencing any\ninterest in any bond, note or other obligation of any kind or nature,\nwhether secured or unsecured.\n 2. The term "bondholder" means the owner of a bond.\n 3. The term "obligor" includes the obligor of a bond as defined in\nclause (a) of paragraph one of this section; the obligor of an\nobligation, interests in which are evidenced by a bond as defined in\nclause (b) of paragraph one of this section; and the owner of any\nproperty securing any bond or any su
