§ 480.20 Disposal of property.\n  All property which is forfeited pursuant to this article shall be\ndisposed of in accordance with the provisions of section thirteen\nhundred forty-nine of the civil practice law and rules. All reports\nrequired to be filed pursuant to article thirteen-A of such law and\nrules by a claiming authority shall be filed by the prosecutor in a\nforfeiture action brought pursuant to this article.\n
