§ 74-A — Westchester county renewable energy and energy efficiency resources program

§ 74-a. Westchester county renewable energy and energy efficiency\nresources program. 1. Within ninety days of the effective date of this\nsection, the commission shall, in consultation with the New York state\nenergy research and development authority, after a hearing held on\nnotice, establish by order, rules, and regulations, a program to\nencourage the installation of renewable energy resources and energy\nefficiencies in the county of Westchester.\n 2. For the purposes of this section, renewable energy resources and\nenergy efficiency shall have the same meaning as defined by the\ncommission and consistent with the most recent state energy plan\npursuant to article six of the energy law.\n
