§ 72-a. Increased fuel costs. Every gas and electric corporation\nsubject to the jurisdiction of the commission shall file with the\ncommission, on a monthly basis, the following information regarding\nincreased fuel costs:\n (a) what services are affected by the fuel increase;\n (b) base cost of the fuel;\n (c) name and address of supplier;\n (d) point of delivery of all fuel purchased;\n (e) present average cost of fuel to said corporation;\n (f) dates used to determine average;\n (g) amount per unit of consumption affected; and\n (h) amount of fuel in storage at the end of each monthly period.\n (i) and such other relevant information as the commission may require.\n
