  § 63-ee. Application of article.  This article shall apply to the\nconveying, transportation and furnishing of petroleum and other such\nflammable liquids, for any purpose, by way of pipeline. Within the\nmeaning of any provision of this article, the term, "liquid petroleum",\nshall include crude oil, natural gasoline, natural gas liquids,\nliquefied petroleum gas, liquid petroleum products and any other such\nflammable liquids.\n
