§ 135-j. Administration by public service commission; application by\nutilities; approval.
1.The commission shall issue such orders, rules\nand regulations as may be necessary or appropriate for interpretations,\nimplementation or administration of this article.\n 2. Within ninety days of the effective date hereof, every utility\nshall submit its proposed home conservation plan in accordance with the\nterms of this act to the commission for approval by the commission.\nWithin sixty days thereafter, the commission shall approve, approve with\nmodifications, or reject each such submission.\n
